BLACK JET BROKERS
Guide

What makes a private jet quote

A quote is the broker's offer for your flight, on one or more aircraft. Here is what it contains and what makes it change.

Search a flight

Flight time

The quote gives the flight time of each leg, nonstop or with a stop, and the arrival time in the local time of the arrival airport.

Positioning

The aircraft starts from its base or from its declared position. The flight to your departure airport, and the return after your last arrival, are part of the cost: an aircraft already close to you costs less to position.

What is included

Each quote lists what is included and what is not, the payment terms and the cancellation conditions of the operator, then the broker's general terms. Read both before you validate.

Validity

A quote is valid until the date it states. After that, the aircraft and the price are no longer guaranteed.

Questions

Why do two quotes for the same flight differ?

The aircraft, its category, its position before your flight and its conditions differ. Compare the flight time, the stops, what is included and the validity, not only the price.

Is a price ever shown before the quote?

The search shows an indicative estimate only. The price is the one in the quote.
