Empty leg flights
To reach its next departure or return to its base, an aircraft sometimes flies without passengers. That flight is an empty leg.
Published by the brokers
The broker who sells the aircraft publishes the empty leg: route, date, time window, booking deadline and, if they choose, the price shown to buyers; otherwise it says “on quote”.
Request it from your buyer space
With a buyer account, the “Empty legs” page lists the flights published. “Request this flight” sends the request to that broker with that aircraft: passengers, time, a word to the broker. The broker replies with a quote, as for any request.
Flexible by nature
The aircraft follows its own schedule: the route and the window are those of the flight that has to happen anyway.
Questions
Do I see the registration or the operator?
No. An empty leg shows the broker, the aircraft model, the route, the date, the window, the deadline and the price shown to buyers, if any.
